Each night at precisely 4:33 am, while sixteen-year-old London Lane is asleep, her memory of that day is erased. In the morning, all she can "remember" are events from her future. London is used to relying on reminder notes and a trusted friend to get through the day, but things get complicated when a new boy at school enters the picture. Luke Henry is not someone you'd easily forget, yet try as she might, London can't find him in her memories of things to come.
When London starts experiencing disturbing flashbacks, or flash-forwards, as the case may be, she realizes it's time to learn about the past she keeps forgetting-before it destroys her future.

I thought I was going to dislike this book. The moment I saw the cover and picked it up, I knew it was going to be one of those kind of reads. The one where you read it, think it was meh, and just want to finish it so you can move onto something exciting.

But I was oh, so very wrong.

I loved this book. It took me a while, but by the end, I was so in love with this book that I broke my 'I'm only going to finish this chapter and then go do something else like shower or eat or do whatever I do with my free time' at least five times.

There are so many things I'm dying to talk about, but to save you from spoilers I don't even want to write because they are too good to spoil, I'll talk about the characters.

London Lane is the girl who can't remember the past but remember the future. She writes notes to herself every night so in the morning she knows what is going on that day and she can know what happened in the past, even if she can't remember it. On one hand, I loved her as a main character. Her personality was relateable and though her problem wasn't, I found it easy to sympathize with her. However on the other hand, though she was such a great character, I feel like anything other than her unique remembering and forgetting thing anything else about her is - no pun intended - easily forgettable. After I move onto my next book, I know that she's just going to fall flat.

And then there's Luke. From the first scene, I was hopelessly and utterly in love with him. He was perfect. He could do no wrong in my eyes and I am so envious of London to have such an understanding and amazing boy. It even annoys me a little that she can't remember him!
